Our services and maintenance packages are tailor-made to suit your individual requirements to include, Surveys, Installations, AHUs and ductwork. Cleaning and chlorinating of ductwork, a pressure test of ductwork. Full ductwork CCTV inspections.
Kitchen extract degreasing and cleaning with full TR19 Grease PCVR which includes photographic evidence and written report which includes
• Pre-clean measurement (thickness of deposits)
• Post-clean measurement (thickness of deposits)
• Photographic records, before and after cleaning
• Observations on the condition of the ductwork system
• Details of any areas that could not be cleaned and reason (often insufficient access panels)
Reports
On completion of all inspections we will provide a full and extensive conditional report to include recommendations and actions.
